ORIENTATION PHASE
- Wishes: After the first phase of consideration, you have probably formed an idea of your wishes, but can they be achieved?
You can find a wide range of properties in Spain on the internet, but which property suits your needs and budget? Our website lists a large number of the homes that we can offer you. The information about the homes themselves is often limited, because homes can differ from each other within a project. The attached photos are in most cases of the show homes. These may differ in size and layout from the other models.
- Selecting the offer : For all the projects you find on our site, we can send you more documentation in the form of a targeted brochure, a DVD or a web link.
- Inventory ; Feel free to call us with your questions, so we can get a better idea of your wishes! You can also walk into our showroom, where our sales staff can immediately provide you with all the information.
- Financing : An inventory of wishes and possibilities does not only relate to homes.
Our showroom is open from Monday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We work by appointment in the evenings and on weekends. Of course, if desired, we can also make an appointment at your home or via Zoom.
Purposeful Choice
Selection: In consultation with you, it will be determined which region best suits your needs. It is also important to know what type of home you prefer and what budget you have in mind. We are happy to show you the offer that best meets your needs.
Viewing
After you have made a choice from the Costas and the possibilities, you will of course want to take a look on site. We are happy to make an appointment for you in advance with one of our employees so that he can introduce you to the area and the projects you have selected. This is of course completely free of charge and without obligation.
Financing options
If desired, we will also provide you with information regarding financing options! We have contacts with various Spanish banks and can arrange a quote for you.
