Marbella

FIND YOUR DREAM HOME IN
Marbella/ Puerto Banus

The name Marbella comes from the Moorish rule. Unlike the other seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol, it was not a fishing village, but has always been an important village. This village has 2 harbours. You can even sail from Marbella harbor to the harbor of Puerto Banus by boat. Because this village is located between two mountains, the temperature is very pleasant in both winter and summer. In winter it does not often fall below 18 degrees. Ideal for people who like warm weather. In the summer it also does not have the extreme temperatures of over 40 degrees. You see them more often in the interior.

The port of Puerto Banus is very well known as the jet set place comparable to Monaco. There are quite a few beautiful yachts in the harbor and car enthusiasts also enjoy the luxurious ambiance. Sitting on one of the many terraces with an ice-cold cava under the Spanish sun, Lamborghinis and Ferraris regularly pass by. This jet set scene also makes this the most expensive location on the Costa del Sol. From golf course to tennis court, luxury restaurants, hotels and exclusive nightclubs in Marbella there is always something to do.

You can also walk or cycle extensively on the boulevard and enjoy the shops and restaurant in the shopping street of Puerto Banus. This is known for its many luxury shops. You will find shops from Prada, Gucci and Chanel here, but also brands such as Lacoste and Micheal Kors.

Are there good beaches?

You can spend an evening in Marbella in a bar with live music such as Ana Maria, Champagne Room, Stones Music Bar and La Notte Piano Bar. Popular nightclubs in Marbella are Olivia Valere, Café del Mar and Oh Marbella.

How is the transportation in Marbella?
