Cabopino

FIND YOUR DREAM HOME IN
Cabopino

Known for its impressive style and exclusivity, Cabopino is protected by dense forest that highlights the area's popular golf courses and refreshing green hills. Below we have an expat interview with Mark Rose from Rose Estates who covers the Cabopino area.

In particular, we wanted to learn from Mark the benefits of living in Cabopino and the value for money you can get if you decide to stay in the area permanently. What do you think are the advantages of living in Cabopino compared to other towns on the Costa del Sol?

In Cabopino you don't need a car as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and one of the best beaches in Marbella with water sports. Dolphin boat also at Splash Watersports. Also two beach bars and two communal pools. Cabopino Golf Club just over the road, excellent 18 hole course. Marina and waterfront bars/cafes.

For families, the attractive beach is a big plus. This is no ordinary stretch of sand: the beach stretches for several miles and is extremely wide, allowing for all kinds of safe beach activities, mainly centered on sunbathing and building sandcastles, but also volleyball, soccer, Frisbee and other beach ball games.

The surf is gentle and pleasant, and there are always popular beach restaurants nearby, specializing in fresh seafood. Then there is the harbour. Its small size is due to the naturally sheltered harbor where it is located, which means that larger yachts cannot moor there. Still, size isn't everything – those boats that do call Cabopino home tend to exude understated style.
